Do You Think We Need a Third Party to Set Standards?

There's no federal laws or standards on how testing and deployments should take place. I think we need a third party regulatory group to audit our programs, especially these programs that are driving millions of miles. We're talking to a few different groups that are interested in taking on this challenge. And yeah, I hope the industry can learn something from it.
