The Importance of Security in the Workplace

Security doesn't depend on just the code, right? There's the infrastructure, the delivery that the typical ops and sRE duties. How can they get a little more security minded too? Well, I love the folks in sRE. But it's also like catnip to attackers because if you're an attacker, you want to be efficient. So putting those kind of practices in place provides us extra layer in these very visible, very high profile and very tempting targets for our attackers.
