How to Concentrate on the Body Sensations of Breathing

In meditation traditions, there's this idea of meditating on one object and then X, Y, and Z will happen. But in terms of the definition of what you're meditating on, it's simple. Meditate on the body sensations of breathing. Boom. That's how it's described. And that's not how to make progress. What people don't seem to realize is you as the meditator get to adjust that slider until you are engaged.
