I've had a pretty unique approach to differentiation given that I didn't jump in right away. Arbor crowd is associated with a professional real estate institution and run by seasoned real estate investors. So the success of Arbor crowd today is pretty clear to me if you're to look back at the progress since our launch in 2016. We funded eight deals to date of properties in excess of total capitalization of $200 million. One of our investments has already completed its first investment lifecycle which actually outperformed its projective returns by a lot. Even more so is we have a strong repeat investor threshold and that number is 40%. And I'd venture to guess that it is probably the highest in the industry
