The Killing of a Teenage Girl

Shirley Levedford, 16, was the fifth and final victim of Lawrence and Roy Norris. The two men had been killing young women all summer long in California. Shirley's body was dumped on a front lawn to generate as much media attention as possible. Police also found hundreds of Polaroid photographs detailing his grisly crimes. Some even ran from the courtroom when hearing an audio tape he'd created that detailed her torture.
