i will use the metaphors that i have found helpful in my journey. One of those things it resonated for me was abraham maslow's hierarchy of needs. He said you had to meet the needs and attend to the needs of the lower order. Im on the bottom of the triangle first, don't think you're just jumping up into the top of self actualization. You actually have to work your way through the triangle.
