The Importance of Technical Advice in Golf

If it's technical advice about the golf swing that's being thrown around, I would say there's next to no chance it's going to help. Someone who is playing golf for fun, I just can't imagine they have that skill set. Other things I see a lot of it are like strategically, like I'll see people giving me strategic advice. There's just, again, well-intentioned trying to help, but I don't know if it's helping all that much.
