The Future of the Housing Sector of the Economy

The building sector of the economy is a both massively consequential in so many ways for our lives. We have huge fights over, over planning policies that take several years to get implemented. And then they don't get built out for a decade or two. I'm thinking about, i guess maybe my all kind of a going away question for you is what would you tell them as they go forth in their life? You know, either why to be optimistic, or the things that they should do in their day-to-day activities.
