Is There a Future for Mental Health?
The productivity commission inquiry into mental health recommended it as one of the key recommendations to elevate psychological health and safety. Workers are campaigning for safe staffing levels, occupational violence and aggression is a key issue that workers are facing. The unions are constantly fighting for mentally healthier work indefinitely. These are conditions that aren't practised enough in working conditions or they haven't been practised enough by employers.
