Dots ad, i find that the mentoring that i do of higerdy does tend to be the half hour meeting type thing. And one of the things i've been pushing at page ighty for the last ill a while is moving from a prevention approach in incident review and post mortems to an adaptive, capacityy approach. It's like that old joke about the in the repair purson that places x and invoices the company, you know, knowing where to place the x, nine 998 dollars and e no, that that really is a big deal.
