How to Build a Successful Distributed Team
I would build a centralized team that was going to do, you know, a lot of this is because I just personally have not seen it and can't imagine how you'd be really, really successful doing this in a really, really distributed way. You know, maybe there are companies that have done that and have pulled it off. But certainly a company that was just starting out, that is not where I would start. If I've got some weird link advantages, I'll use them to hopefully be successful faster. And then you start to show results with that team, and then you started to scale it over time.
