How to Stop Drugs in Prison
Norway's correctional service uses modern drug detection devices to the full. Director martin hyde says that no methods are 100% effective. But she adds, you cannot stop all dreggs from coming in if you somehow seal the prison. Hyde: We want prisoners to have a go at life outside and then come back again.
