The Dead Lift

If you had to pick one movement for strength longevity, would the dead lift be that mov of that movement? Or i would choose the kenical swing. The de lift is a very technical lift, and even if you're just a recreation lifter, you owe it to yourself to learn to dt correctly. It's not an olympic lift, therefore, it's very simple. So i'll just start filing on plates and start training.
