We are hearing from a g listener who emaled in his practiced plan. Here's what his range session looks like. Five minutes warming up, stretching squats. Ten to 15 minutes relaxed pitches towards various jects on the range. Target is to get it inside a five meter circle around the object. And then i continue with the pitching ledge and nine iron until i think iam finally warmed up and have a fiel for the ball,. trying to hit it straight to a target. So that is kind of warm up to get ready to practice. What do we think about that? Not everyone at ants o. Thet sounds like a nice, can grated, graded warm up.
