In a down market, capital is tougher to come by. It's been much easier to raise money and to raise money at a much stronger valuation with less dilution to the founders. If you are starting a company and you're not yet funded, it's a different story. You're going to have to be much scrappier to raise seed capital if you are pre-revenue or pre-launch. So I would say, I go to a lot of board meetings every week and I don't have any companies that are not in cash conservation mode"
