Getting Good at Framing and Reframing Makes You So Valuable
Getting good at framing and reframing makes you such a valuable team in your organization, it's something i'd like to figure out. I've noticed also that every one, if you ask someone for help in making a decisionhe would actually just jump and help. So the best way i can think of it is really to seek that knowledge to help yourself and help others around you. Companies should also train their people to have enough critical mass of the employee bas who are good decision makers and can help others and make better decisions as well.
