Is There a Difference Between Animal and Plant Protein?

Protein anchored, flexible eating approach assumes that you're living an active life style. There should be an effort to get most of it from high quality protein sources. You don't have to count the protein in my a tortea shell, or i'll count the protein and that's that's not from animal sources. So all protein counts. But there is that you should make an effort to getting high quality sources. And for most people, that's going to be animal sources.
