Is There a Risk of Hydro Nephrosis in a Kidney Injury?

The likelihood that they've suddenly developed an obstruction in the middle of their hospitalization is extraordinarily low. The pre-test probability even lower is that you have a lot of other reasons for this patient to have an acute kidney injury That you don't then need to try to invoke some sort of obstruction to be able to come up with an etiology for the AKI. So basically what I would say is try to correct what you think is the cause for the patient's AKI and if after you've done that they're still not getting better that's when you should start thinking about the ultrasound. A test that actually really hasn't been studied very much that I can find in the literature is
