The Divergence of Central Banks in China
N. Snardvig: Is it just a matter of the US getting out front, having a cycle that it had to deal with first everybody else catching up? Or is this truly a splintering of the biggest global economies at a time of great transition? I think there's an element of both. This is the first time for a while where we've seen monetary policy divergence in a way that's going to support the Euro. We saw a big, big move yesterday. Then I think if we scan the globe, then there's some special issues around China.
