I Don't Think We Should Call the Rebels Insurrectionists

I don't think we should call them insurrectionists, particularly not on January six. The defining feature of people like Matt Gates and Lauren Bobert isn't their conservatism to the extent they're conservatives at all. It's for the halogen lights of a TV studio and the applause of a bunch of people wearing MAGA hats that drives these people. This just in a normal political American conversational context drives me crazy. I've weirdly fallen to this thing we're all week up and defending Chip Roy, but I think Chip Roy is wrong on a lot of the strategy and tactic stuff.
