Why Do Clients Refer You?

Advisory firms don't just look at retention rates of clients or like the breadth or depth of advice you get to metrics like the percentage of recommendations that clients actually implemented in six to twelve months. Jake: I have a very very strong suspicion that when you drill down to what firms drive referrals it's a lot more about that metric than almost any of the others and i've long wondered if we will reach a point in the coming years where advisory firms start measuring on that basis.
