The patient had an avid lesion in the pancreatic tail consistent with a neuroendocrine tumor and without evidence of more distal avid metastases. She was treated with initially D10 infusions at night, this fascinating drug, diazzoxide, and ultimately underwent a distal pancreatectomy with complete resolution of her hypoglycemia.
