The Foundation of All Peace
The foundation of all peace is a reconciled relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The wicked doesn't know a peace like that but you can a peace. In verse 19 and on, it's telling us that we need to seek God's wisdom. It was with His wisdom that He created and sustains the world.
