The First Order of Business - The Band
The band should be responsible for making their record in as much, to as much of a degree as is possible under every circumstance. If the band has an idea of how they want their record to sound, that's how it should sound. The first thing i do with the band should not be to disssemble them and make them not themselves any more. You need to be grown up and swallow your pride and make the kind of record that walked in the front door, and not try to turn everything into fuck and sergeant pepper, you know?
