The Ultimate Gateway Into Chartreuse

The slushy is shaved ice tart lemonade and chartreuse. The idea for it came from a festival in Teragona Spain called the Santa tecla festival happens every year to commemorate that chartreuse used to be made there. It's big crazy wild fiesta they I don't think anybody calls it a fiesta but I just did. They walk around with these plastic cups and hold their cup out in so many pores what they call a mama detta into that plastic cup which is a chartreuse slushy.
