Am. she formulated things that i was getting to in my own work, as a trained psychoanalyst. After writing psychonas and feminism, im trained as an analyst and practised psychoanalysisor full time for 25 years. And then went back into academic work at cambridge and caurse. So when i went to what she understood, it was fantastic. It was like confirmation from somebody who'd not only been there, goth had that thought,. Had thought it in her own way, with her own context - which mine wasn't.
