Brain fog appears to be like inflammation, specifically within our central nervous system or brain. And we also know from lots of research that mast cells seem to be implicated. The other thing that's kind of interesting is that this inflammation seems to be associated with obesity. So there's a lot of evidence that shows that mast cells are actually correlated with the extent of brain fog.
