You can choose to buy real estate property that is distressed or weigh undervalued. Or you can invest in a manager who does that for you, and then when the property is rehaved, fixed up, you sell it at a great profit. But with that comes a lot of work, re having tenants, maintenance upkeep tenants that don't pay. Evictions done. That not fun. So i'm willing to forego the potential for huge return s from investing an actual real estate for the security and lack of time required that reats offer. Where's a ret? You know, you buy and sell on the exchange.
