Donald Trump's team wants to delay all of these things until after the election. I think they made a mistake by basically advertising that quite so clearly. What you want to do as a defense team is just do the things, right? Feel the motions that have the effect of delaying the trial. Don't forget, we still have the Georgia indictments coming probably by the end of this month.
