The reason there is a crossword in the medical book is because sometimes horrible things happen in a very horrible way. There is a nasty irony to the complications that people get so one day I was in outpatients and a man came in and sat down he was clutching the guardian crossword folded clearly he'd started it in the waiting room. He said oh it's not one of my favorites it's all right so I said who's your favorite and he said oh arachne she's she's really good I agreed with him because arachne is a great crossword compiler at Fannie of you do the guardian crosswords.
