The Supreme Court Overturning Supreme Court Cases on Abortion
People concerned that ou now this law ere just basely the law, would allow their medical records to be turned over to law enforcement. There have been cases a in which lawyers have successfully prevented the release of these sorts of records. If we're overturning supreme court cases that have been around for decades, what does that even mean for precedent? How will judges deal with so it's really an open question as to what happens.
