What Are Germaphobes in English?

Siri: "I am not going to quit making English lessons it's too fun on yeah where's Krusty the clown from is that the Simpsons" She says germs are little things you can't see but they might be on people's hands doorknobs or telephones and they can get you sick how about this somebody sneezes chew right into their hand and then they shake your hand you probably have their germs on you so I'm sure you know what germs are in your native language. A germaphobe is a person who is always nervous about getting sick so nervous it's like just a little bit of fear just alittle bit.
