Is There a Single Cloud or Multi Cloud?

Most customers are in stage two where they're trying to take all this data that's spread out everywhere and collected in one location. That is usually in the cloud. But I want to go a step further and get to stage four, the ultimate goal where I can use data no matter what the size of speed or the type is. The challenge is it could take some time and effort and a lot of data governance that's to be put into place.
