The US Supreme Court Snubs Wikipedia Bid to Challenge NSA Surveillance

Wikipedia tried to sue the NSA two years after Edward Snowden came forward. Their grounds was basically because Wikipedia contains a lot of articles that could be on things like politics, religion and all these kind of different potentially hot button issues or controversial issues. The US Circuit Court dismissed the case and said that the NSA could not be sued due to what's called the state secrets privilege.
