Is This a Use Case for Haskell Program Coverage?

The technique is based on this Haskell program coverage thing to try and figure out, you know, to localize the fault. You can defer type errors or something like that but they're not quite built into GTC. So there's a lot of tech out there that we could definitely apply to fix type errors. But right now we focus only on like test suite errors that on programs that actually run.
