The Edge of a Deep Pit

The network of structured bridges and long wooden walkways that cross the outside edges from place to place down the interior. The first thing you notice at the edge are a number of pikes and spears that are placed into the rock and dirt along the edge, which look like they're holding... almost like beads. With that sort of context, you also see a lot of these things adorning at our holy symbols of different gods and entities that had come, likely on the previous vessel that crashed. I'm going to make out that maybe these are calls trophies placed on the exterior as both a warning and an intimidation attempt. Do you think that's a good lesson on duty for us? We
