There are between 20 to 50 million kangaroos here in australia. The reason is because when european colonization occurred, a lot of land was cleared so that animals like cows and sheep could graze the land. You will find kangaroo sausages, often called kangaroo bangers at most super markets. So it is thing that we have in our supermarkets, and that is pretty popular amongst australians.
