The SEC's Rule 17b on Stock Promoters

The SEC is really clear about this stuff I know because I've tangled with them and you know because I wrote a disclosure it got changed and my partner changed it before we went to press. guys I said wow these guys are good criminals because they're showing they bought a million shares they show a position of a million shares but they don't actually show the buy transactions like the tickets right so nine times out of ten that means that they've gotten that million shares for free to pump the stock and they're going to sell that into your bike and they don't disclose it which is a clear violation of rule 17b  and now all these people are gonna call me fud or something like
