You thought there would be a kind of an average is over aspect to the return to face to face. Do you think that's going to happen? Vaccine roll out? I used more explicit language than that, if you recall. It may happen before vaccine roll out, but i think that will be the case. There'll be a certain amount of people going crazy. And that might just mean a lot of trips to the shopping maul. But a lot of people have just returned to normal routines already. So again, that's a big part of what surprised me....
