Would love to hear your takes on it. The basic of the constrained energy expenditure model is that physical movement increases coloric expenditure, but only to a point. If you go from being completely sedentary to moderately active, your total daily energy expenditure will increase cometant to the amount of additional movement you're doing. But after like, a relatively modest level of physical activity, you start to see a plateau where further increases in physical activity throughout the day do not coincide with further increasesTotal Energy Expenditure (TEE) scale
