Metabolism Is Rock Solid

Every human goes through four phases of metabolism from the time they were born until the end of life. Metabolism is rock steady, it's hardwired not to change. It isn't designed to change when you have your first baby or hit menopause. Our bodies don't want to actually gain weight and be fat; our energy doesn't want to go low. We are hardwired like a laptop with an operating system to be rock stable from 20 to 60. The power is in our hands at any stage of our life to try to uncloak and resurface our hardwired metabolism.
