Syria now finds itself in a situation where the number of companies that can build big power facilities are limited. The ones that can do this have apparently followed the American lead IE sanctions because they fear the repercussions of doing business there. So these are not insignificant things, right? You can think about if you live in Canada or the United States when there's sort of like another country that applies a small tariff to one component of say a car. Or do United States once put a tax on Canadian, a specific type of Canadian lumber and this is like a national crisis in Canada, right?
