The Role of Non-Performance in Overwork
When we're that stressed we don't make good decisions generally and we do have to risk errors. We do have job performance issues so if you only look at a person who's been pulled in for job performance issues your immediate go-to is the worker might go to in HR. Don't just assume because the person has lodged a bullying or harassment or whatever claim after being pulled in for non-performance doesn't assume that fixation it might literally be that that person has been very silent about a whole range of hazard exposure.
