Will Habeno was a Port Authority police officer on September 11th. He'd graduated from the PA PD Academy earlier that year in January. The stairwell they were in turned pitch black as smoke, dust and debris filled the air. Captain Jonas tried to make sense of the scene around him. "You see this big big beam just torn up like paper"
