Why the United States Is Retaining?

CNN's John Defterios asks why America is retreating from the world. He says it could be because people lost interest in taking care of their neighbors, or letting them take our gerbs. The U.S. has a much larger navy than any other country and can do more to help its allies when they need it, he argues. But defterios doesn't know where this disappearing from the order comes from. "I don't like when people say well, america did that."
