How to Measure and Evaluate Product Progress?

Tatit: I really believe in being able to measure and trying to evaluate pogress towards where you're going. So at tra i luckily have access to a huge amount of data, and it was sometimes hard to work out, like, what data matters. We looked ta all the different data points that we havWe gave certain things different waiting so if a user did one thing, it meant twice as much as if they did something else. And equally, if they did a different thing, it only meant half as much as something else that they might do. All these different actions we sort of corolled together into one big aggregate score with three distinct pillars underneath.
