i think we'll start to see more legitimate chief community officers. The rolls that i'm seeing companies hire for are deafinitely more and more senior than in the last, you know, five to ten years. And tat's really exciting to see the people who have stuck round in the industry,. Even people who've been around for three to four years are like omeof the most senior people in the industry now.
