I think ultimately it comes down to the perception they have that the other person in the room is better than they are. And so for many people, particularly in the big ticket negotiations, they're walking into a scenario and maybe a lot of people in the room are quite literally more senior than them. They've been in the game for 20, 30, maybe 40 years. It only takes one little chink in the armour, one slight challenge to a proposal they make. And then you can see it, you can see the confidence disappear from them,. Quite literally and physically how they carry themselves. I think that's where it lies. Interesting. I love it.
