The Scariest Part of Expanding Your Business

I treat all iOS app money as temporary. I don't want to spend the money on an employee. The bigger part of it is I historically have not really been great at being a boss, being a manager. It's just not among my skill set. And so anyway, it's something that I think about a lot that, you know, would I ever want to go down that road?
