Last fall you taught a class called leadership r society, big arguments courageous leadership. What was the main thrust of that course and what take aways can you share with us? Social science research makes it clear that when we engage in deep, genuine listening, perspective taking and perspective sharing, that's how we get down to the root. That's how we begin to cultivate deep reservoirs of trust, good will and ampathy toward one another.
